Consulting Engagement Fees

Consulting fees are designed to fit the client's financial project management budget framework. Based on a day rate, or monthly retainer basis, I provide a detailed breakdown of my time versus agreed client deliverables.   

Fees Model

Day Rate

A simple agreed GBP day rate versus time or project horizon.

Weekly timesheet versus activity available.

Monthly Retainer

An agreed monthly retainer fee versus project milestone deliverables. Timesheet supported.

Fixed Contract

Fixed contracts for 6M to 1Y are available versus agreed client parameters.

All clients demand value for money and at the very least a transparent understanding of where their consulting spend is going. No surprise here given that 100% of all client engagement should be based on time and value.
